Harrison can fabricate nearly any size or shape fitting that can physically be manufactured. From blind flanges and metric DIN flanges to long-radius elbows and fully custom configurations — built to your prints in PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, and HDPE.
55+ years solving what catalog items can't
Standard catalog fittings don't always solve every installation challenge. Harrison Machine & Plastic has been the go-to fabricator for engineers who need something different — a non-standard degree elbow, an oversized blind flange, a metric DIN connection, or a fully custom manifold system. Send us your prints or a hand sketch and our experienced fabrication team will produce it to your exact specifications. Harrison is the "Total Source" for custom thermoplastic fittings.
Harrison fabricates plastic blind flanges in virtually any configuration to customer specifications. Available in 150# and 300# ANSI drilling patterns as well as DIN dimensions. Optional center tap and orifice flange configurations available.
PVC & CPVC · DN15 through DN400 · PN6 to PN40 drilling patterns
Metric DIN flanges machined from PVC and CPVC material, available in all standard PN pressure drilling patterns. Three configurations are available to suit your piping connection requirements.
Harrison fabricates long-radius sweep elbows from PVC, CPVC, and Clear PVC in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 wall thicknesses. Standard and custom angles available, with multiple end connection options. Centerline radius through 48" for low-resistance flow paths in demanding fume and fluid systems.
Harrison can fabricate nearly any fitting or component — send us your prints or a sketch
Pre-fabricated header and manifold systems built to your engineering drawings. Cut installation time and eliminate field connections by receiving a ready-to-install assembly.
Need an off-standard angle? Harrison fabricates elbows and branch fittings at any degree required to complete a tricky installation — not just the standard catalog angles.
Precision CNC-machined plastic fittings with tight tolerances. Ideal for laboratory, semiconductor, and instrumentation applications where exact dimensions are critical.
Custom threaded fittings, tapped flanges, and NPT or BSP connections machined into any standard or custom plastic component.
Perforated or slotted pipe in PVC, CPVC, PP, and HDPE. Custom hole patterns, slot dimensions, and pipe lengths to your specifications for drainage, aeration, and distribution applications.
Custom fabricated laboratory fume hoods, fume scrubbers, plenums, and air-handling components built for chemical resistance in corrosive laboratory and industrial environments.
Secondary containment piping systems — carrier pipe within a containment jacket — for leak detection and environmental compliance in hazardous chemical piping systems.
Concentric and eccentric reducers, square-to-round transitions, and custom adapter fittings to connect piping systems of different sizes, materials, or standards.
Harrison works directly with your design team to fabricate prototypes and one-off components. Machining is more cost-effective than molding at low quantities with tight tolerances.
All special fittings and custom components available in the following thermoplastics
Established in 1970, Harrison has been solving unusual fitting challenges for industrial customers for over five decades. If it can be fabricated, we've likely done it before.
In-house CNC machining, bending, forming, threading, slotting, and perforating capabilities allow complete fabrication of complex fitting assemblies under one roof.
Send a drawing, a sketch, or a description. Harrison fabricates to your exact specifications — no adapting to catalog sizes that almost fit.
Harrison is a recognized Corzan® CPVC Key Industrial Fabricator — certified to fabricate high-performance CPVC fittings and components to Lubrizol's material standards.
Machining and fabrication is more economical than injection molding for low quantities or tight tolerances. No tooling costs — changes to your design cost far less.
Our knowledgeable technical sales team helps you select the right material and configuration before you place an order — ensuring the right solution the first time.
